This Spanish pâté from the Iberico pig, with a little extra virgin olive oil, is full and intense in taste. Wonderfully creamy and with a long aftertaste with a little bit of spice. Delicious on toast, but also definitely worth trying with rice, pasta or meat dishes.
We always put the pâté in the fridge for a short while before serving it, because the flavors come out best when slightly chilled.
Ingredients: pork liver, pork fat, lean iberico pork (22%), iberico pork broth (16%), extra virgin olive oil (1%), sherry wine, salt, dried egg, vegetable fibres, caseinate, fat-free milk powder, spices, sugar, flour, emulsifiers (E450i, E451ii, E452i), preservatives (E200, E262ii), antioxidants (E301, E331i, E325 ).
